I graduated from the Sutherland and Chan School of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1992, and bring 34 years of massage education and experience to my current practice. I naturally gravitate to lifelong learning and continue to be informed by best practices and current evidence. My approach is person-centered, focusing on listening well and then offering massage therapy that is attentive and relevant to what is needed.
I work with a broad range of health conditions, but much of my practice experience is with stress/tension, chronic pain, and chronic health conditions. My current area of treatment interest is craniofacial massage for relaxation/downregulation, headaches, and TMJ dysfunction.
Outside of the clinic, I keep myself moving with calisthenics, mobility work, running, and overall goofing around.
